Energy Conduits - leeches - Good and Bad.
These are not DEMONS or any other type of possession experience. These are basically unseen entities (maybe inside of 3d but too small to see or maybe outside the .000001% of the visible light spectrum which we are locked to.
These are energy feeders / conduits who work with you and guide you to provoke emotional responses in those around you, not necessarily yourself.
I also think that when they feed from others around you that they also channel energy to you (as well being able to drain you).
People that use sage burning and other techniques to get rid of these entities are actually HARMING themselves as we work together as a team but feel we are the only one present.
There are many many different type of entities and NONE are all good or all bad, many of these creatures just provoke the flavour of emotion they are tuned into, FEAR, ANGER, LUST, JEALOUSY: the general negative flavours, along with LOVE, KINDNESS, EXCITEMENT, for the positive energy flavours.
Its like them choosing chocolate ice cream against vanilla, they do not care what you feel just that they want to feed. I also think that the less you feed them that it makes them weaker and weaker but the opposite also can happen at any time.
These make you WHO YOU ARE, good, bad, and indifferent, you are a TEAM of creatures not an individual. Much as all the systems in your body work to keep the body alive, these energy conduits keep you emotionally alive and STABLE.
Spirit or demon possession is not the same, spirits have lost their vessel and want to experience reality through yours, demons want to take over and cause havoc for the €śFUN€ť of it, both can have some level of control of you but THESE beings need to be told €śdemanded€ť to leave you alone.
