Use this for passive resistance
ALL COURTS HAVE COMMON LAW OVERRIDING therefore this technique can be used in any english speaking court.
It took me a few mistakes to figure this out so you dont have to.
Once they asked me if I had a law degree, I answered no, that gave them the authority over me and they promply stated "As you dont have a law degree all of your comments will be removed from the record", they then ignored me being there and fined me anyway!
I usually present my (printed out) birth certificate and declare "I present martin hammer represented by this sheet of paper" !
NEVER SIGN ANYTHING if you need to, write "a living soul" as your signature
When asked what your name is. DECLARE "I CLAIM COMMON LAW JURISDICTION"
ADD " I am a living soul, I am representing the dead legal fiction called "your name".
Ask "present the victim, who is the victim? "
Declare "Without a victim there is no case"
Never actually answer any questions put to you, instead state "I will answer all questions when this court is established correctly and you state your oath for and on the record"
Ask "Are you here on your oath?"
NEVER ANSWER ANY QUESTION OR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!
This will not allow them to claim authority of the court.
Be polite but declare, "I will comply after this court is lawfully established"
Declare "Also present the victim or dismiss the case because there can be no case under common law without a VICTIM".
Try to make them understand you, for example: Ask "I am not the dead legal fiction known as Martin Hammer, I am a living soul, do you understand me?"
If they answer with any affirmative then YOU are now in charge of the court. You can declare that by saying "As you stated for and on the record that you stand under me, that puts me in charge here therefore i dismiss this case, then walk out. "
NEVER UNDERSTAND ANYTHING! This states that you stand under them and gives your power away!
